The Newsletter is Back

So, about this whole consulting thing

Branding. Marketing. Logistics. Application. So, how do we do this thing?

Welcome back to the CMPC Playbook newsletter. It’s good to be back with a renewed focus and looking forward to supporting the broader community at large. A few things about the newsletter as we head forward:

• It will be monthly

• It will contain links to resources

• It will contain links to monthly events

I am planning on using the newsletter to share observations and strategies (similar to before) - however, I am going to run it like a community group. Every newsletter will provide access to resources and events where we can talk shop and have fun a long the way, for those who want to be more actively engaged with peers out in the field. For those that prefer to just consume, than you will be able to do that too. Everything back to your inbox. No log-ins, no 3rd party platforms anymore.

The Newsletter will resume in full swing, first week of May. Each month, the newsletter will role out during the first week. From there, I’ll post different “notes” on things that you will get notifications about.

For now, just wanted to send the announcement and heads up some of the re-occurring resources within the newsletter:

Resources: Youtube, Instagram, Events

Youtube will host video resources. There you will see it curated based on S.I.G. areas such as business, strategies/techniques, etc. Instagram will be a more abbreviated version of youtube, that will also play host to “quick tip” type notes and videos. The special interest events I’ll host monthly for networking, socializing, guest speakers and more. I will continue weekly coffee talks that will be at a set time and day each week.

You’ll get the link with details to access events right here within the newsletter. This will be at the bottom of each newsletter.

THE PATH AHEAD

As we move forward with the community approach, there will be no more tiered support options. This is a free resource and for those who need more formal support than we can certainly connect and go over what those options look like. I look forward to connecting with more of you and hope you enjoy the new features. Speaking of features, in order to get the most out of this newsletter, I strongly recommend getting the “chat” feature if you haven’t. That will allow you to chat directly with me and the community outside of specific conversations that you can provide via comments at the end of every newsletter.
